    Do you really deliver every day?

    Yes. Daily supply is what we're built around, for water, fresh produce, dairy and pantry top-ups. You can also run weekly or monthly replenishment for stationery, housekeeping and dry groceries. Daily slots depend on product availability and your service area.

    Is there a minimum order?

    We plan around a standing list for each location, not a minimum per drop. Some bulk items have a minimum pack size, and we'll show that on your rate card.

    How is pricing decided?

    You get a corporate rate card based on your categories, volumes and frequency. Customer-specific pricing is standard, so you aren't paying retail.

    We have several offices. Can each have its own schedule?

    Yes. Every location gets its own delivery address, slot, instructions and contact person, along with location-wise order history and invoicing.

    How do invoices and GST work?

    You receive a consolidated GST invoice with your company billing details, broken down by location and category. Credit terms can be discussed for regular accounts.

    How do we change or add to an order?

    Message your account manager or WhatsApp us. You can add, skip or repeat items for the next drop.
